These terms govern your use of https://bloomsandstems.com and any purchase or subscription with Charu's Floral Finds. By using our site you agree to these terms.

Orders & subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle (weekly or monthly) until paused or cancelled. You may pause, resume or cancel anytime from your account.
• To skip a Friday delivery, tap Travel / Vacation in your account by end of day Wednesday of that week. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are available and send your usual delivery.
• The Founding Regulars offer (launch pricing locked for life for the first 100 standing orders) applies as described at the time of purchase.
• The Bloom Log reward is one ₹100 coupon per order, issued when you log that order. Coupons apply to a future order and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Flowers are natural products; specific stems may vary by season and availability while maintaining equivalent value and style.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscription prices include delivery and are exclusive of taxes. We keep prices steady through the year; they only change when wholesale flower prices spike at source, around occasions like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe.

Delivery

We deliver within Mumbai only, from our Goregaon studio. We do not ship nationwide; staying local lets us protect flower quality and the customer experience. You may also collect your order from the shop if you would like it sooner or prefer to choose in person. Delivery timelines are estimates.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
