How do flower subscriptions work?

Choose one of three sizes, Seasonal Find, Gathered Find or Designer's Pick, and we deliver fresh seasonal flowers to your door the same day, every week. It is a standing order: pause, resume or cancel anytime from your account.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver same-day across all of Mumbai's suburban areas, Western, Central and Harbour lines alike, everywhere except South Bombay. Need it slightly further off? We do take special requests: we will expand for a delivery when it is logistically feasible for us, or when the order or event is big enough that we can do it freshly, economically and logistically right.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Yes. If you will not be in this Friday, tap Travel / Vacation in your account by end of day Wednesday and we will skip the week. If we do not hear from you by Wednesday, we will assume you are around and send your usual delivery. Resume the same way whenever you like.

Can I gift a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can gift any plan for a recipient of your choice, with a personal message. We'll deliver the blooms and let them enjoy the surprise each week.

How fresh are the flowers?

Stems are sourced seasonally and arranged to order. Fresh bouquets and subscriptions are delivered locally to ensure they arrive at their best; preserved and dried florals are made to last for months.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major Indian payment methods via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets), and international cards via Stripe.

When are deliveries made?

Subscription deliveries arrive weekly, with our 'Friday Discoveries' giving members first access to the freshest seasonal finds. One-off orders are scheduled at checkout.

Do your prices change for festivals?

Accepted Answer

We keep our prices steady all year. They only move when the wholesale market itself spikes, around occasions like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, when the flowers cost more at source. All subscription prices are all-inclusive: the price you see includes delivery and taxes.

What is The Bloom Log?

After your flowers fade, tell us how many days they stayed lovely, add a photo and a few words, and we will send you ₹100 off your next order. One coupon per order. It also tells us exactly which stems to keep buying.

Question 10

Can you source a rare or out-of-season flower?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Tell us what you are after on our Rare Finds page and we will work our Dadar market contacts to do our best. We will always be honest about what is possible, the cost, and the timing.

Question 11

Can I collect from the shop instead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you would like your flowers sooner, or prefer to choose in person, collect from our Goregaon shop, or swing by and explore the collection.
