Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
- You can pause, skip or cancel future deliveries anytime from your account before the next billing/dispatch cycle.
- Cancellations take effect from the next cycle; the current cycle already prepared or dispatched is non-refundable.
One-off orders
- As flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are prepared for dispatch.
Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe, typically within 5-7 business days.
